Thank you for shopping with Theotokos Rosaries. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we offer a return and exchange policy to help you find a solution. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

ELIGIBLE RETURNS

  • All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact customer service at info@roziniai.lt to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Place the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Mail your return to the following address, including your RMA number:

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return, as we are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

  • If you received a defective or damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a refund or exchange.
  • If you purchased your rosary within the past 90 days, you may also be eligible for a refund or exchange. Please contact us to discuss your options.
