We understand that your rosary is a precious and meaningful item, and we want to help you keep it in good condition for years to come. Whether your rosary has been damaged, is in need of a deep clean, or you simply want to add a special medallion, we are here to help.

How It Works:

1. Send your rosary to us at the address below, along with your name, email address, current shipping address, and a note explaining what you would like done.
2. We will email you a link to pay a repair/restring fee of $10.00. If you purchased your rosary from us within the past 365 days, this fee will be waived.
3. Our team of skilled craftsmen will work on your rosary, giving it the highest priority in the studio. We aim to have a turnaround time of 1-3 days for repairs and restrings, excluding weekends.
4. We are able to add new parts to your rosary as needed, and all of our restringing is done with extra strong nylon rope to ensure durability.
5. Once the work is completed, we will package up your rosary and send it back to you.

Please note that if you purchased your rosary from us within the past 90 days, you may also be eligible for an exchange or refund. Just let us know in your note and we will be happy to assist you.

To help you keep your rosary in good condition, we recommend the following tips:

• Handle your rosary gently to avoid damaging beads or links.
• Store your rosary in a safe, dry place when not in use.
• Clean your rosary periodically with a soft, dry cloth to remove dust and dirt.
• Avoid exposing your rosary to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
